Alison O'Toole is an Arts in Health Designer specialising in high-quality, large format murals for clinical spaces within the healthcare setting.
Printed onto laminated, commercial-grade vinyl, her compositions bring light and life to corridors, rooms, walls, windows and surfaces within acute and community healthcare environments.
Based in Brisbane, Alison collaborates with renowned and award-winning artists from across the globe to deliver intricately detailed, bespoke digital vinyl graphics that compliment existing colour schemes, assist wayfinding, and promote a calming and serene environment.
She works with local and international printers who specialise in the production of anti-microbial vinyl film which is able to be wiped down and cleaned to help minimise the spread of germs within the clinical setting.
In 2024 Alison reached a milestone of completing more than one hundred murals across the globe. These commissions can be found in hospital wards, corridors, lift lobbies, theatres and intensive care units for adults and for children.
